Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Ohio is seeking a compassionate nurse to join our skilled nursing facility team. The role focuses on delivering comfort, dignity and exceptional care to residents while adhering to state and federal requirements.

Full-time, day shifts Monday through Friday, with competitive hourly wages between $34.00 and $38.00. On-demand or weekly pay options are available, plus comprehensive benefits, PTO, tuition assistance and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active CPR or BLS certification is required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate EHR systems.
• Licensed nurse in the state of practice (RN or LPN).

Responsibilities

• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process according to state and federal regulations.
• Document accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of the position is to complete the Resident Assessment Instrument ("RAI") process in accordance with the requirements of State and Federal law as well as the policies and goals of this Community.

Education/Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of practice.
• Must have an active CPR or BLS Certification.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
