Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire MDS process ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations and accrediting standards.
• Develop and implement policies and protocols for timely MDS assessments, care plans, and care delivery.
• Conduct thorough MDS assessments addressing physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Directly supervise and mentor MDS coordinators and other healthcare professionals.
