Job summary

Veritas Management Group is looking for an MDS Coordinator in Greeley, Colorado. In this role, you will coordinate the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and participate in patient management processes within a skilled services team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

• MDS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assessments with the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan MDS Assessment Reference Dates (ARDs).
• Complete MDS sections and CAAs as assigned.
• Provide education and training on MDS item completion.
