Job summary

Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher in Tampa, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Coordinator (MDS). You will coordinate patient care and ensure that physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
