La Vida Llena LifePlan Retirement Community in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced MDS/Resident Assessment Coordinator (RN or tenured LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. This role requires strong knowledge of MDS 3.0, RAI rules, and prior MDS experience.

Qualifications

• Current NM RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Prior MDS experience required.
• MDS RAC-CT certification preferred.
• Understanding of the MDS 3.0 and RAI rules.
• One year or more of professional nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting.
