Job summary

La Vida Llena LifePlan Retirement Community in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator (RN or tenured LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. The role focuses on MDS assessment and coordination to support resident care and regulatory compliance. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Current NM RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Prior MDS experience required.

MDS Coordinator
La Vida Llena LifePlan Retirement Community is a well-established CCRC in Albuquerque. We are currently looking for an experienced MDS/Resident Assessment Coordintor (RN or tenured LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team!

About You

• Current NM RN or LPN License in good standing
• Prior MDS experience required
• MDS RAC-CT Certification preferred
• Understanding of the MDS 3.0 and RAI rules and regulations
• One (1) or more years of professional nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting.
