Complete Care at Meriden, CT is seeking an MDS Coordinator RN Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator for a full-time day shift. Candidates must hold an active CT RN license and have MDS experience in a long-term care facility, with knowledge of Case-Mix and Medicare PPS.

The role involves monitoring resident assessments, inputting MDS data, and coordinating care plan conferences on a quarterly and annual basis, with supervision from the Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required in CT.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and guide completion of resident assessments in a timely manner.
• Involvement and supervision of inputting MDS assessments.
• Transmit MDS assessments to the state and obtain receipt of validation.
• Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.
