Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, preferably BSN.
• Minimum one year in nursing management in long-term care.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term/geriatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI).
• Lead interdisciplinary care planning and ensure regulatory compliance.
