Christian Park Village is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator to lead and coordinate RAI activities, ensuring timely completion and regulatory compliance. You will supervise MDS nurses, plan assignments, and support accurate care planning and documentation to optimize PDPM reimbursement.

Ideal candidate has prior MDS/RAI experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• RN licensed registered nurse with current license.
• CPR certification current or within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MDS/RAI processes to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Supervise MDS nurses; plan, assign and direct work with safety and compliance in mind.
• Coordinate care planning, documentation, and QA measures across PDPM and payer requirements.
