Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management seeks an experienced RN to join our team as MDS Coordinator in Raleigh, NC. You will develop and coordinate the RAI process, ensuring compliance with OBRA, MDS, and payer requirements, and align with physician orders and company policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, OBRA, RAI and MDS processes; long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and coordinate the RAI process.
• Ensure center stays in compliance with professional standards, physician orders, policies and procedures, and local, state and federal regulations.
