Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with RN licensure (Michigan) and 5+ years of related experience, MDS experience required.
• CPR-BLS certification is required.
• Excellent organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the RAI process and MDS CAA with an interdisciplinary team.
• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument accurately and timely.
• Enter RAI data into the electronic record system.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal RAI regulations.
• Refer documentation issues to Administrator and ensure timely remediation.
