Job summary

August Healthcare at Iliff is seeking an MDS Coordinator (RN) to lead the resident assessment process in our skilled nursing facility. This role requires advanced clinical judgment to oversee the full RAI/ MDS cycle and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance across payer sources.

The RN will coordinate MDS/CAA activities, contribute to care planning, and participate in PPS and utilization review meetings while maintaining timely, compliant documentation and staff education.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state.
• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience; long-term care preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of RAI/MDS regulations and reimbursement systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead interdisciplinary collaboration and meet regulatory deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
