Job summary

Benedictine is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator at our Albany facility. This role focuses on clinical reimbursement coordination, converting nursing assessments into care plans, and auditing through the Triple Check process to ensure safety and resident well-being.

The RN will review cases, support MDS processes with clinical and therapeutic teams, and help optimize reimbursement care mix levels while maintaining high standards of geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in geriatric nursing.
• Knowledge of MDS, Medicare, assessment and care planning.

As the RN -Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator you will be empowered to use the nursing skills you have mastered and convert them into creating care plan implementation and auditing through the Triple Check process. Our RN - Clinical Reimbursement coordinators make a tremendous difference in the quality of life of our residents by ensuring safety and needs are being met in all aspects of care.
