Qualifications

- Experience with MDS coordination responsibilities preferred.
- Ability to work independently and with teams.
Responsibilities
- Review clinical documentation for CMS compliance.
- Validate Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) information.
- Evaluate quality of care for long-term care residents.
- Complete MDS assessments and ensure timely submission.
- Maintain knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid criteria.
- Communicate regulatory changes and provide training.
- Monitor Medicare assessment schedules for compliance.
