Job summary

Limitlessli is seeking a detail-oriented MDS Coordinator for a full-time role. The position focuses on ensuring accurate MDS assessments and reviewing PDPM classifications while supporting staff with current Medicare guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least 2 years of long-term care experience. Strong knowledge of MDS 3.0 and CMS guidelines is essential. We offer a salary range of $76K - $90K along with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care, preferably with MDS coordination responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of MDS 3.0, PDPM, and CMS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation and hospital records for compliance with CMS regulations.
• Complete MDS assessments and ensure timely submission in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid criteria.
