Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required and active.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in long-term care.
• Experience with MDS/RAI and Medicare/Medicaid regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all MDS assessments per regulatory deadlines.
• Verify compliance with federal, state, and facility MDS regulations.
• Supervise MDS data entry, validation, and transmission for accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and validation issues.
• Prepare MDS-related reports for the DON and leadership team.
• Provide feedback to clinical teams on documentation and care planning.
