Qualifications

• Active and current LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri.
• Previous experience as an MDS Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate Resident Assessment Instruments per regulations.
• Collaborate with the Care Plan Team to develop resident-specific care plans.
• Evaluate resident conditions and ensure all assessments are completed.
• Provide data for the Facility’s Quality Assurance Program.

Skills
