Qualifications
- Active and current LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri.
- Previous experience as an MDS Coordinator.
- Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate Resident Assessment Instruments per regulations.
- Collaborate with the Care Plan Team to develop resident-specific care plans.
- Evaluate resident conditions and ensure all assessments are completed.
- Provide data for the Facility’s Quality Assurance Program.
