Responsibilities

• Coordinate Resident Assessments and ensure timely communication.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State guidelines.
• Monitor documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize MDS Software for data entry and reporting.
• Lead interdisciplinary meetings for communication.
• Update care plans based on resident assessments.
• Provide Quality Reporting to leadership.
• Submit MDS data timely and accurately.
• Stay current with industry standards.
• Oversee ancillary data for billing.
