Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MDS protocols, CMS guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and MDS software systems.
• Leadership experience and ability to train and mentor staff.

Responsabilités

As the MDS Nurse Leader, you will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident assessments, develop care plans, and contribute to the overall delivery of excellent patient care.
