Qualifications

• MDS and ICD-10 coding experience preferred & RAC-CT certification preferred.
• Strong nursing clinical assessment, care planning, and delivery of care skills.
• Current, active licensure as a Maine RN or LPN is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate the development of resident assessments per rules.
• Oversee assessment of all residents through the RAI process.
• Instruct all disciplines in completion of MDS items and Quality Indicators.

Skills

Clear and effective communication skills

Working knowledge of geriatric health care needs

Strong computer literacy

MDS and ICD-10 coding experience preferred

Education

Current, active, Maine RN licensure or LPN
