Job summary

The MDS Coordinator at Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation oversees the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) lifecycle, including MDS assessments, care planning, and adherence to CMS and state regulations, ensuring accurate documentation and compliant reimbursement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
