Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a long-term care setting.
• Prior MDS/RAI experience required.
• Strong clinical assessment skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all MDS assessments.
• Verify compliance with regulations related to MDS documentation.
• Supervise MDS data entry and transmission processes.
• Resolve data discrepancies and validation issues.
