Job summary

Beauvais Manor Rehabilitation and Health Center in Missouri is seeking an experienced LPN/RN MDS Nurse Coordinator to join our leadership team. This role ensures regulatory compliance and oversees RAIs and care plans.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, provide data for the Quality Assurance program, and benefit from strong management support, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active and current LPN or RN license in Missouri.
• Previous experience as an MDS Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and benefit guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate Resident Assessment Instruments (RAIs) per federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team to develop resident-specific care plans.
• Evaluate resident conditions and ensure all special assessments are completed as required.
• Provide data for the Facility’s Quality Assurance Program.
