A healthcare management company located in Quincy, MA, is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to join their team. This role requires a valid LPN or RN license and CPR certification, along with at least two years of MDS experience. The coordinator will ensure accurate completion of RAI for Medicare patients and provide completion of Medicare MDSs. Qualifications

• Must possess a valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• At least 2 years of MDS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows.
