The MDS Coordinator will manage the Resident Assessment Process through MDS and CAAs, coordinate input from nursing, dietary, social services, and physicians to ensure proper reimbursement, and conduct OBRA assessments scheduling.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current/active nursing licensure.
• Prior MDS/RAI experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and coverage guidelines related to skilled nursing.
• Management & leadership experience.
• Detail oriented and thorough.

Responsibilities
