Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator (RN or LVN) to join our team in Texas. The role focuses on completing the RAI process for residents and ensuring transmission and verification with state regulators.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas nurse license.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards per Federal Register, COPs and state regulations.

Qualifications for MDS Coordinator:
