Mountain View Post Acute in Colorado Springs is seeking a dedicated MDS Coordinator (Healthcare) to join our skilled nursing team. You will coordinate and perform accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments, leveraging 3.0 systems, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Successful candidates:

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license to practice in CO required
• Experience as a MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility utilizing 3.0 is required!
• Rate: $85,000-$95,000/year - based on experience and license level
