Job summary

Mountain View Post Acute in Colorado is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to join our skilled nursing team. The role focuses on coordinating accurate MDS assessments and ensuring timely completion in compliance with regulations.

The successful candidate will have an active CO RN or LPN license and prior MDS Coordinator experience in a skilled nursing facility, with familiarity of MDS 3.0. We offer competitive pay and employee benefits.

• Experience as an MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
• Experience using MDS 3.0 is required.

Responsibilities
