Mountain View Post Acute in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely completion of Minimum Data Sets (MDS) as required by regulation and facility practices. The successful candidate will hold an active CO RN or LPN license and have MDS Coordinator experience in a skilled nursing facility using 3.0.

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 per year, with competitive benefits. We offer paid time off and a supportive team environment.

Successful candidates:

Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license to practice in CO required

Experience as a MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility utilizing 3.0 is required!

Rate: $85,000-$95,000/year - based on experience and license level
