Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License required.

• Knowledge of long-term care operational standards per Federal Register and State regs.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident as required by State and Federal regulations.
• Transmit and verify receipt of RAI data with the State.

The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility, as required by State and Federal regulations. This includes transmission and verification of receipt by the State.

Qualifications for MDS Coordinator:
