• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN or LVN licensure.
• Experience with MDS/RAI processes and reimbursement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the MDS/RAI process to ensure accurate and timely resident assessments.
• Ensure appropriate documentation to support services and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure timely completion of all MDS assessments (PPS, Unscheduled, Admission, Quarterly, Annual, Significant Change).
