Job summary

Global Alliant Inc in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Engineer to support a CBP environment and drive automated device management and modernization efforts. The role requires 10 years of hands-on Intune experience across Windows, iOS, and Android, plus migration from Workspace ONE/AirWatch and deployment of security baselines.

The position offers hybrid work with onsite presence in the DC metro area. U.S.

Qualifications

• 10 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management across Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Experience configuring Intune policies, app deployment, device enrollment, and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience migrating from legacy MDM platforms such as Workspace ONE / AirWatch to Microsoft Intune.
• Hands-on deployment and implementation experience preferred over high-level architect/design work.
• Experience implementing security baselines, including STIG and CIS controls.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain CBP Background Investigation.
• DHS clearance strongly preferred; DC Metro area preferred; onsite ~2 days/week in Ashburn, VA.

Responsibilities

• Manage Intune deployment and device management across Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Configure compliance policies and application deployments in Intune.
• Oversee device enrollment and Windows Autopilot implementations.
• Migrate from Workspace ONE/AirWatch to Intune and validate success.
• Implement security baselines and monitor STIG/CIS controls.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Engineer to support a CBP environment focused on building and implementing an automated device management solution, with potential for continued O&M, sustainment, and modernization.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 10 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint/device management across Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Strong experience with Intune configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, device enrollment, and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience migrating from legacy MDM platforms such as Workspace ONE / AirWatch to Microsoft Intune.
• Hands‑on deployment and implementation experience is preferred over high‑level architecture/design experience.
• Experience implementing security baselines, including STIG and CIS controls.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to successfully obtain a CBP Background Investigation (BI).
• Prior or active DHS clearance strongly preferred.
