Job summary
Colonial Group is seeking an SAP MDG Functional Lead Analyst in the United States to guide the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of SAP MDG processes across master data domains. You will lead business requirements, functional design, governance alignment, testing, and stakeholder decisions while ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions.
You will partner with data owners and IT to translate governance policies into functional controls and drive issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7+ years of SAP functional experience including MDG design, configuration, governance, and testing.
- 3+ years leading SAP MDG functional workstreams and cross-functional delivery.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable MDG solutions without primary ABAP development.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, requirements, process design, and workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
- Translate governance requirements into functional specifications, designs, and acceptance criteria.
- Own functional solution decisions and recommend scalable MDG approaches balancing value and complexity.
- Provide guidance to technical teams for configuration, integrations, interfaces, and development.
