Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• Proven track record of 5–10+ years of Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Strong communication with customers across departments and levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document business needs; translate into working solutions.
• Plan and manage fact-finding and analysis sessions.
• Design and configure application software; lead design workshops.
• Manage functional scope to reduce risks for client and EY.
• Lead planning, design, and governance activities; document outputs.
