Job summary

COMHAR is seeking an experienced MDE Supervisor in the Philadelphia area to lead the Multidisciplinary Evaluation team for early intervention services. You will oversee infant/toddler assessments, provide clinical oversight to evaluators, and support families in accessing needed services.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, supervisory experience, and the ability to manage scheduling, documentation, and compliance across systems.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in early intervention or related field.
• 2 years’ experience with birth to three children and families.
• Significant supervisory experience or skills.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the evaluation process for infants and toddlers in early intervention.
• Lead the Multidisciplinary Evaluation (MDE) team and provide clinical oversight.
• Ensure evaluations are entered into HCSIS within 24 hours and maintain compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling and review of evaluations; troubleshoot system access.
• Attend TLC and supervisor meetings and participate in county/state meetings.
