Job summary

COMHAR, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager in Philadelphia, PA to oversee day-to-day operations within the Developmental Intellectual Disabilities program.

You will supervise staff, coordinate transportation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting participants’ growth and safety. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience with IDD/Autism, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma with 4 years supervisory experience working with IDD/Autism.
• Or an Associate’s Degree plus 60 college credits in Human Service and 2 years supervisory experience with IDD/Autism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with internal/external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with COMHAR departments to ensure home complies with 6400 Regulations.
• Support DSPs to teach and reinforce participants' strengths.
• Provide in-house training to DSPs and promote professional growth.
• Offer regular supervision to DSPs and coordinate transportation for activities.
• Maintain vehicles and assist with adaptive equipment operations.
• Ensure adherence to Individual Support Plans and monitor consumer funds.
• Assist with medication administration processes and maintain documentation.
• Support quarterly/annual documentation with Program Specialist; attend required meetings.

Education

High School diploma + 4 years supervisory experience with IDD/Autism

Associate's Degree + 60 college credits in Human Service discipline + 2 years supervisory experience with IDD/Autism
