Citi Markets seeks a Managing Director and Senior Structurer to originate and lead complex commodity financings across energy, metals, and agricultural sectors in North America. You will guide multi-disciplinary deal teams and own high-impact risk-managed structures for corporate and sovereign clients.

This front-office leadership role requires deep expertise, global perspective, and travel across the Americas, with a focus on expanding Citi's footprint in North America and Latin America.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in commodity structuring and origination.
• Deep technical expertise in ownership structures and liquidity solutions.
• Proven track record in North America and Latin America deal origination.

Responsabilités

• Originate and lead front-to-back commodity transactions across energy, metals, and agriculture in North America.
• Design working capital, inventory monetization, prepayments, structured hedging, and liquidity swaps.
• Lead cross-functional deal teams with Sales, Trading, Origination, Credit Risk, Legal, Logistics, Syndication, and Ops & Technology.
• Expand Citi Americas client franchise through new relationships in unpenetrated markets.
• Assess risk, credit, market exposure, and capital use with governance and risk management.
