Citi is seeking a Director, Global Structuring in New York to lead the design and execution of sophisticated DR solutions for issuers and investors worldwide. You will own end-to-end structuring, drive product innovation, and build client relationships at the highest level.

You will mentor junior staff, partner with Sales, Legal, and Compliance, and shape Citi's DR strategy across Asia, Latin America, and Europe. This is a senior, global role with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in financial structuring or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve high-value goals.
• Proven track record structuring and executing complex financial transactions.
• Experience advising clients on corporate actions and proxy events in international markets.

Responsabilités

• Lead the global structuring framework for complex transactions and DR programs.
• Oversee corporate actions and lifecycle events for DR programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement Citi's DR structuring strategy.
• Drive new product development and digital innovation in DR programs.
• Negotiate and finalize deal contracts with clients and counterparties.
• Advise clients during pitches and deal discussions across markets including Asia, Latin America, and Europe.
• Coordinate with sales, trading, legal, risk, and external parties to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify and mitigate financial, legal, and operational risks in structured transactions.
• Mentor junior members of the structuring team.
• Research market trends to inform strategy and strengthen market share.
• Support Sales and Account Management with pitches and client proposals.
• Prepare deal documentation and communicate terms to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technology and external partners to advance DR capabilities.
• Focus on commercializing high-growth DR products.
