  • Understand vendor roadmap and plan initiatives within the bank, including budget, application support, controls, access management, and related activities.
  • Lead design, build, and test planning phases for medium to large‑scope enhancements and projects.
  • Work with the Manager for resource and systems capacity planning and estimation efforts for the application development team to which you are assigned.
  • Participate in budgeting exercises for the department.
  • Lead both the Run and Change sides of the commercial online application.
  • Use comparative analysis techniques to evaluate and recommend overall IT solutions for clients and the organization.
  • Provide consulting services to internal business groups and peers on process‑improvement projects designed to improve business and IT results.
  • Lead the team in requirements‑analysis activities for projects to which you are assigned.

  • Coordinate production releases with internal and external partners.
  • Manage associated risks effectively by producing appropriate risk‑mitigation plans.
  • Provide consistent, accurate, and timely updates to team members and management regarding the status and issues surrounding projects and tasks.
  • Interact with IT and PMO senior management on application‑level and enterprise‑wide project planning and execution.
  • Create and track project plans as necessary.
  • Ensure satisfaction of internal and external audits of systems by ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies such as IT Governance, Information Security, and related regulations.
  • Review and generate all necessary documentation, including requirement management documentation.
  • Represent the application team in Change Control meetings, analyzing impacts and sharing information between the team and the Change Control Board.
