Colliers seeks a Market Leader in Chicago responsible for overseeing all aspects of Brokerage services. You will drive new business, enhance market share, and foster client relationships.
The ideal candidate should possess over 10 years of leadership experience in real estate along with a Bachelor’s degree. The role includes motivating sales teams, ensuring high engagement, and driving continuous growth.
Compensation ranges from $275,000 to $350,000 with comprehensive benefits including employer-subsidized medical options, a 401(k) plan, and paid leave.
As Market Leader, you will be responsible for the leadership and growth of the broader Chicago market and shall oversee all aspects of Brokerage services. In this role you will drive new business and the growth of market share in the region. You will be market and client facing, including participating in industry and local community groups/events and establishing and fostering client relationships.
You have a passion for recruitment, retention, and driving the business forward coupled with long‑term succession planning – key areas of focus for this role. You will serve as an exemplary ambassador of Colliers culture, both internally and externally, and will keep engagement of the Chicago offices as a key priority, while growing the market and positioning Colliers as an employer of choice.
Approximate salary range for this role: $275,000 – $350,000. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer‑subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer‑paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short‑term/long‑term disability. Employees may enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan, which includes an employer match. Employees receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15 days vacation annually. Certain senior‑level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and four weeks (for non‑birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) of paid parental leave are available after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for additional benefits under applicable state law.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
