Pears​e Partners is seeking a Managing Director to lead industrials coverage from its New York office, running their own book with full P&L ownership. This is a confidential retained search for a senior banker with a genuine path to partner.

The role offers autonomy from day one within an entrepreneurial platform, backed by a well-connected, globally oriented bank with cross-border deal flow into European sector teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years at MD level with a proven industrials track record.
• Demonstrable revenue history in the two to ten million dollar range.
• Portable client relationships and an established origination network.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and execution across industrials M&A and capital markets mandates.
• Build and own senior relationships with corporates, sponsors, and management teams.
• Develop and run a dedicated sector practice with full P&L responsibility.
• Build out a team, with the option to bring existing junior hires across.
