Qualifications

• Minimum two years' MD-level experience in energy and infrastructure.
• Demonstrable revenue history in the $2–10M range.
• Portable client relationships and established origination network.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and execution across energy and infrastructure M&A mandates.
• Build and own senior relationships with corporates, sponsors, and management teams.
• Develop and run a dedicated sector practice with full P&L responsibility.
• Build out a team, with the option to bring existing junior hires across.
