Job summary

AccentCare, a leading hospice provider, is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner to deliver compassionate hospice care across Bel Air, Belcamp, Hartford County and surrounding areas in MD.

Requirements include a Master’s in Nursing, an active NP license in practicing state(s), at least one year of NP experience, board certification, CPR preferred, and ability to travel to multiple locations. Salary ranges from $115,000 to $125,000 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing required.
• Active NP license in practicing state(s).
• Minimum of one year NP experience.
• Board certification by a recognized advanced practice organization.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be able to travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Initiate communication with attending physicians and hospice staff to coordinate care.
• Monitor patient progress and update the care team on discharge planning and teaching.
• Maintain continuity of care with the care team and case manager.
• Prescribe medication as permitted by the state.
