Our Workstation Instructor Controllers (WIC) are essential to the success of Warfighter Exercises (WFXs) conducted under the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). You train, coach, and supervise work/response cell personnel tasked with replicating subordinate, adjacent, and higher headquarters units. You ensure realistic simulation environments using platforms such as Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM) and Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) and support the development and execution of operational plans aligned with current Army doctrine.
