Job summary

KBR in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a MCPP: Maintenance Trades Helper. You will assist journeyman workers by performing duties of lesser skill, including wire wheeling, grinding, drilling, masking, stenciling, and maintaining equipment, plus handling and disposing of hazardous materials. Requirements include a high school diploma, ability to wear a respirator, lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and obtain CAC/Base access.

U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Medically and physically capable of wearing a respirator.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50-pound sacks of material, climb ladders, work at heights and in an enclosed environment.
• Must not present a direct threat to the safety and health of the worker or others.
• U. S. Citizen.
• Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License and able to obtain and maintain a Tactical Operator License as necessary.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Base Access.
