Job summary

Clear Path Home Care in McKinney, TX is seeking a compassionate In-Home Caregiver to support clients with daily activities and companionship. This part-time shift from 3:30PM to 8:00PM Monday through Friday offers competitive pay starting at $17 per hour and company-paid medical benefits with options for dental and vision.

You will assist with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation, while ensuring safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiving experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide incontinence care and personal hygiene assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in health or well-being to management.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sweeping, dusting).
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Communicate with clients, families, and care team.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Clear Path Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide quality care to clients in the McKinney, TX area.

Current Opening -

Monday - Friday 3:30PM - 8:00PM

*We also have other shifts available in the McKinney area

Responsibilities

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, dependable care and assistance with everyday activities, including:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Provide incontinence care and personal hygiene assistance.

• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or well-being to management.

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.

• Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary needs and restrictions.

• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, sweeping, and dusting.

• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and recreational activities.

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other members of the care team.

• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least one year of previous caregiving experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Experience

The following experience is a plus:

• Alzheimer's and dementia care.

• Incontinence care.

• Experience assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and personal care.
