Job summary

Clear Path Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregiver to provide quality care to clients in the Denton, TX area.

This weekend-only opening covers the Dallas/McKinney area with flexible schedules. Shifts include 4, 8, and 12 hours, based on client needs and caregiver availability. We offer weekly pay, company-paid medical benefits, and other benefits starting at $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least one year of previous caregiving experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Provide incontinence care and personal hygiene assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or well‑being to management.
• Offer companionship, conversation and emotional support.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Perform light housekeeping including laundry, dishes, sweeping and dusting.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands and recreational activities.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other care team members.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Current Opening - WEEKENDS ONLY - Dallas/McKinney area

We have multiple caregiver openings throughout the Dallas, TX area for caregivers looking to work WEEKENDS ONLY, with a variety of schedules and hours available. Whether you're looking for part-time, full-time, or PRN work, we offer flexible opportunities to fit different schedules and availability.

Available shifts may include 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour assignments.

Actual hours and schedules will depend on client needs, available assignments, and caregiver availability.
