Clear Path Home Care is seeking an in-home caregiver to provide compassionate support to clients in the Plano, TX area. We offer Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM with multiple openings and flexible schedules, including part-time, full-time, or PRN, plus 4-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship, and ensuring a safe home environment.

Competenze

• At least one year of previous caregiving experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide incontinence care and personal hygiene assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or well-being to management.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary needs.

Clear Path Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide quality care to clients in the Plano, TX area.

Current Opening - Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM

We have multiple caregiver openings throughout the Plano, TX area, with a variety of schedules and hours available. Whether you're looking for part-time, full-time, orPRN work, we offer flexible opportunities to fit different schedules and availability.

Available shifts may include 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour assignments, with weekday and weekend opportunities.

Actual hours and schedules will depend on client needs, available assignments, and caregiver availability.

Qualifications & Requirements

Preferred Experience

The following experience is a plus:

• Alzheimer's and dementia care.

• Incontinence care.

• Experience assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and personal care.
