AT HOME PERSONAL CARE is seeking compassionate daytime caregivers to support seniors in McKinney, TX and the DFW area, delivering compassionate home care and nourishing meals.

You will assist with ADLs, follow care plans, maintain safe environments, document activities, and provide emotional support to promote independence and well-being.

This role values HIPAA compliance, strong communication, and a compassionate attitude; training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in home and community care is preferred.
• Experience with memory/dementia care is advantageous.
• Ability to perform transfers safely.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated DAYTIME caregivers in the MCKINNEY, TX and DFW Areas to join our team, providing exceptional home care and nourishing home-cooked meals. As a caregiver, you will deliver personalized support with kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm, ensuring each person feels valued and cared for in their own home or community setting. Your efforts will promote independence, comfort, and well-being for those you serve.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences. Cooking is REQUIRED

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support

• Maintain clean and safe environments by performing light housekeeping and sanitation tasks

• Follow care plans meticulously while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy

• Document care activities accurately

• Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive environment for clients

Qualifications

• Prior experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred

• Experience working with individuals with dementia, or memory care needs is advantageous

• Ability to perform TRANSFERS safely when necessary;

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams

• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed care plans while maintaining flexibility for individual needs

• Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others
