Job summary

Babson College in Wellesley, MA seeks MOB3534 MCFE Mentor for Spring 2027. Mentors support MCFE teams, help students develop professionalism, and facilitate communications among students, partners, and faculty. This hourly leadership role supports campus resources and Babson Core Values.

This is an hourly paid position with ~7–9 hours weekly, including assigned class times. Training and guidance provided by Lisa Alberts and Undergraduate Experiential Learning staff.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of MOB3534 (MCFE) and a GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Ability to guide peers through active listening and open-ended questioning.
• Ability to communicate between faculty and students when necessary.
• Adaptability and willingness to handle changing tasks and conditions.
• Strong computer skills including Google Drive/Docs and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support current MCFE students and teams.
• Help identify resources for individuals and project groups.
• Communicate between faculty and students when needed.
• Assist with problem-solving conflicts.
• Encourage professionalism and effective communication.
• Coach interactions with company partners.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.
